I use Outlook and Google calendar extensively, with this I can print off calendar sheets in A4 booklet format, fold and insert into my A5 flex, so I have an up to date hard copy without having to keep two calendars, along with smart folder for my notepad to do list etc. and No bulky ring binders at last.

Please bring out some more stationary though - a pad of "to Do list" would fold nicely in for example.
